Effective Monday 3/16/20 all conferences will be available to stream live using BlueJeans. Only the presenter and limited attendees are expected to participate in 1220 MFCB, 3520 TAC or 1111A RP.

Remote Conference Attendance Instructions:

Non-Ortho/personal computers/devices
- 1^st Use download BlueJeans app/program to your computer
  - https://www.bluejeans.com/downloads
    - Select appropriate download for your device
      - Desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux) or
      - Mobile/Tablet (iPhone/iPad or Android)
Connecting to a conference:
- Open BlueJeans app/program
  - M-F Ortho:
    - Join as a Guest
      - Enter Meeting ID: 448089362
      - Passcode (optional)
      - Name
      - Join Meeting
      - Mute Mics (until discussion)

Friday Ortho/Plastics Hand:
- Join as a Guest
